Hyatt Regency Thrissur presents an Indo-Chinese Food Fest at Regency Café from 2nd to 11th October 2026, celebrating the vibrant cuisine that has become an integral part of India’s dining culture. The dinner buffet will be available from 7:00 PM to 10:30 PM.
Under the theme “Where Indian Spices Meet the Flavours of China,” the festival takes guests across some of India’s most-loved Indo-Chinese food destinations, featuring Kolkata-style Tangra Chilli Chicken, Mumbai-inspired Triple Schezwan Rice and Delhi-style Tandoori Momos.
A live Tangra Stir-Fry Station adds an interactive element to the experience, alongside favourites including Hakka Noodles, Manchurian Rice and Honey Noodles with Ice Cream.
The food fest brings together bold preparations, wok-style cooking and familiar Indian influences in a relaxed dining setting at Regency Café, Hyatt Regency Thrissur.
Food enthusiasts can experience the festival with family and friends while discovering the diverse regional interpretations that have shaped Indo-Chinese cuisine across India.
