Pooram at Ayinnur Cheenikkal Dharmasastha Kshethram, Pazhanjhi, Thrissur district

At Ayinnur Cheenikkal Dharmasastha Kshethram- The procession starts by afternoon from different places with caparisoned elephants, Melam, Panchavadyam etc and join the temple premise by 4.30pm for a joint display. After this, Kavadi groups and other folk forms like Poothan, Thira, Karimkali etc visits the temple.  A ceremonial procession with caparisoned elephants and Melam will be held on the next day early morning (around 4.30am).   

Location/access: Pazhanjhi, Kunnamkulam, Thrissur Dt.; The temple is approx 7km from Kunnamkulam; On Kunnamkulam-Kuttippuram road, after 4km Paarembadam Kurisupalli stop, then to left.
