25 Dec- The ceremonial start of the festival
26 Dec-The main performances on the second day are Pulikandan Vellattam (8pm), Thottams and Pulikandan Theyyam (by midnight).
27 Dec-performances are Vellarangara Bhagavathi Theyyam, Vishnumoorthy Theyyam, Panayakkattu Bhagavathi Theyyam (from 9am to noon) and Pulikandan Vellattam (8pm).
28 Dec- Fourth day performances are Vellarangara Bhagavathi Theyyam, Vishnumoorthy Theyyam, Panayakkattu Bhagavathi Theyyam (from 9am to noon) and Pulikandan Vellattam (8pm).
29 Dec- Fifth day, Pulikandan Vellattam (8pm), followed by Thottams of Vellarangara Bhagavathi, Vishnumoorthy, Panayakkattu Bhagavathi. Then by mid night Paathira Kaliyattam.
30 Dec-Performancs of Pulikandan Vellattam (8pm), Thalappoli, followed by Thottams of Vellarangara Bhagavathi, Vishnumoorthy, Panayakkattu Bhagavathi. Then by mid night Pulikandan Theyyam
31 Dec- Concluding day - Vellarangara Bhagavathi Theyyam, Vishnumoorthy Theyyam and Panayakkattu Bhagavathi Theyyam (9am to noon) are performed on this day.
Location/access: Kangol Kalari is situated near Kangol Shiva Kshethram, which is about 7km north of Payyannur and 3.5km from Kothayimukku. From Payyannur, on NH, towards Mangalore, take diversion from Kothayi Mukku to Kangol (Cheemeni Road).
